What is astrology?
Everything in the solar system is always moving. Astrology describes our lives in the context of that motion.
Astrology is one of the oldest ways people have tried to find meaning in the sky. It takes the positions of the Sun, the Moon and the planets as seen from Earth and treats them as a language: each body stands for a part of life, each sign for a style, and the angles between them for the way those parts talk to each other.
The positions themselves are astronomy. Lunastra calculates them with the Swiss Ephemeris, the same model used in astronomical software, so the sky we read is the real sky at a real moment and place. What astrology adds is interpretation: a symbolic reading of that sky that has been refined by astrologers for more than two thousand years.
We treat astrology as a lens for reflection, not a verdict. A chart describes tendencies, tensions and timing; it does not decide what you do. The most useful readings help you notice patterns in yourself and choose how to work with them.
