Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sangwoo Lee, who operates Lunastra (lunastra.app). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Lunastra.

1. The service

Lunastra calculates birth charts and transits and provides astrological interpretations, an AI astrologer chat and full reports. Some features are free; others require an account or a purchase. We may add, change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect paid features.

2. Entertainment and self-reflection only

Astrology is not a science, and readings are for self-reflection and entertainment. Nothing on Lunastra is medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and you should not make important decisions based on it alone. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

3. AI-generated content

Conversations with the AI astrologer, full reports and parts of our interpretation library are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude models). AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. It does not reflect the views of a human astrologer and is clearly labelled where it appears.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age for digital consent where you live) to create an account.
• Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information. Charts are only as accurate as the birth data you enter.
• You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in My charts.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use Lunastra for anything unlawful, or enter another person's data without their permission;
• try to bypass usage limits, access other users' data, or disrupt the service;
• scrape, copy or resell the service or its content in bulk;
• use the AI astrologer to generate harmful, abusive or illegal content.

6. Purchases and refunds

Paid features, such as the one-time full report and the AI astrologer subscription, are priced as shown at the time of purchase. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by those stores and follow their payment, cancellation and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Because a full report is digital content generated for you on request, the right of withdrawal ends once generation has started, to the extent permitted by law. If a report fails to generate or a paid feature does not work as described, contact us and we will regenerate it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Content and intellectual property

The site, design, interpretation library and software belong to Lunastra or its licensors. Planetary positions are calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris © Astrodienst AG. Your birth data and the messages you write are yours; you give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you. You may use your own readings and reports for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Lunastra accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on readings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after notice where possible. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here at least 7 days before it takes effect (30 days for changes that are unfavourable to you) and notify signed-up users by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
