About Lunastra
An astrology service that starts from the real sky: precise astronomy first, careful interpretation second.
Why we built it
Most horoscopes are written for one twelfth of the world at a time. A birth chart is different: it is the sky at the exact minute and place you were born, and no two are quite alike. Lunastra exists to give everyone that personal chart, calculated properly and explained in plain language.
The sky, calculated precisely
Planet and house positions are calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris, the astronomical model used by professional astrology software. Historical time zones and daylight saving rules are applied for your birthplace, including periods such as Korea's UTC+8:30 years, so the chart reflects the sky that was actually overhead.
Interpretation you can read
Our interpretation library covers more than five hundred placements and aspects in English and Korean. Each entry was drafted with AI assistance from established astrological principles and then edited for consistency. The AI astrologer and the full report go further, reading your whole chart and the transits ahead of you.
What astrology is, and isn't
We treat astrology as a language for reflection, not a prediction machine. Readings describe tendencies and timing; they do not decide your choices, and they are never a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
